Tasty Tuesday: BLAT Salad

Every Tuesday I'll try and post a fun, new recipe. I made this salad last week. It's quick, easy, healthy, and delicious. Enjoy!

INGREDIENTS
6 pieces turkey bacon, cooked and crumbled
12 grape tomatoes sliced in half (or however many you'd like!)
2 avocados, peeled and sliced
3 tbsp Blue Cheese crumbles
1 head romaine lettuce - rinsed, dried, and chopped
2 tbsp balsamic viniagrette

DIRECTIONS
1. Cook bacon in microwave or on stove over medium heat. Dab with paper towel to remove excess fat, then crumble and set aside

2. Rinse and chop tomatoes and lettuce. Slice avocados

3. Combine all ingredients (except viniagrette) into large salad bowl. Serve with dressing on the side.

Recipe is enough for 2, with leftovers for the next day!

1 serving (approx 1.5 cup): 320 calories
